Next Corner sofa with bed (Chadderton Fold OL9)
Very comfortable corner sofa from Next. It is a sofa bed and the bed has never been used so is in great condition. The sofa has water marks so needs a good clean but has loads of life left in it once clean. Great storage under one side. Sad to see it go, but with two lovely Cocker Spaniels I have to accept beige is no longer the colour for me!! This is a large sofa and is heavy so won't fit into a lot of cars. 3 seater length - 240cm, shorter side - 160cm Priority will be given to someone who can pick up today anytime after 12pm or tomorrow before 11am.

The bottom back panel will need nailing back on but I have the nails so a quick hammer and the bookcase will be perfect for use. Collection only.

Double Recliner Sofa (Chadderton Fold OL9)

Incredibly comfortable double recliner sofa. There is some cosmetic/seat surface damage as shown in the pictures with one small tear about 15cm long. However this doesn't take away from the comfort of the sofa or the recliner mechanism working perfectly. I've been using a sofa cover which you are welcome to take as well. However if I was keeping it I'd use a blanket or cover over the seats only as the rest of the sofa appearance/condition is good. I am unable to deliver so please don't ask. Sofa is large and heavy so you will need an appropriate vehicle to collect. I'm more than happy to help you get it into your transport.

3 IKEA Display Storage Units (Chadderton Fold OL9)

3 IKEA Magiker Storage Units. 2 single cabinets with 6 shelves - 3 within a cupboard and 3 display at the top of the unit. one of the the units has a glass door over the 3 display shelves. 1 triple cabinet with 18 shelf areas. 3 sections with glass doors and 3 sections without. One of the glass doors on the double unit needs reattaching, there used to be 4 glass doors but in moving it one smashed. Still very usable as the unit is designed to be any combination of solid doors, glass doors and open fronts. Apart from this the units are in good condition with the only exception being peeling to the bottom shelves at the front - shown in pictures. Units are built so a large vehicle will be needed to transport of the buyer is welcome to dismantle them for easier transportation. Single units: Height - 198cm, Width - 38cm, Depth - 40cm Double Unit - Height - 198cm, Width - 104cm, Depth - 40cm

Large great quality TV Entertainment unit. Solid wood with glass shelves and 2 drawers. In generally good condition although as the photos show there is some surface level cosmetic damage to the wood. This could be easily fixed by varnishing or repainting. It has wire tidies so you can have a neat looking unit. Very heavy unit as solid wood. Can support TVs up to 65inch

Black Corner Computer desk. In good condition apart from black layer has come away from the wood in 2 places - nothing a bit of wood glue won't fix! 1m x 1m 1m 42cm high 5 shelves with built in organiser drawer. Gap on desk to keep wires tidy. 2 magnetic whiteboards. Currently built but collector would be able to dismantle for transportation if needed. Needs collecting this weekend.
