My job (Sacramento) Could any one help me with a old android they no longer use any more I need it for work I don't have benefits so I don't quality for Obama phone

work (Sacramento) While I'm waiting for my approval for my food stamps so than I can qualify for Obama phone I'm in dyer need of a phone I could for wifi to complete my work other wise I will be fired please I appreciate anyone willing to help
