Corn Silk/Fibres (Mulbarton NR14)
Looking for a natural aid for hypertension. Anyone growing lots of corn in their allotment(s)? Majority of corn come shorn of wrapping/silk. I’m about 7m SW of city - hopefully someone within biking distance has a quantity (exercise is supposed to help but anything more than 10 miles e/w will require me to build up). Merci bien. N

Iphone Password - Arminghall Car Boot Sun 7/09/25 (Mulbarton NR14)
Hi. A bit random. I bought a cracked iPhone from a couple at sunday’s car boot but owing to a sprained shoulder (in sling) I forgot to ask about the lock code as it took forever to charge up (owing to time it was unused). Spent a bit of time waiting for the power bank to trickle enough juice to light it up. When I got it home - it had been wiped so that “Hello” came up but it was asking for the unlock code. Was hoping to get it repaired and running as a reserve phone. If you know who the couple were or perhaps it was you - can you get in touch? Cheers. Nik

Trigger Index Shifter - 7 Speed Shimano (Mulbarton NR14)

It seems that my index shifter was vandalised. The plastic was broken but the shifter mech seems jammed - as I hobbled home in low gear from the city. Anyone with a pair of shifters to spare? Bike is scratched and old but I’d like to keep it running as long as possible [as it’s a nimble little ride]. Cheers. N

Looking for a few inches of plastic/perspex for a repair job. One of the clear shifter covers on my bike seems to have either cracked via erosion or damage. Looking to fashion a DIY clear cover whilst we’re in a dry window of weather. Thanks. N
