Polystyrene with a fabric layer over the top. Taken some photos with measurements in inches for a better idea on size. There is a thumb sized dent in the polystyrene on the back of one of the shoulders which is hidden under the fabric layer.

Dressing table (Bath)
Silver dressing table with a thin metal coating in a floral design. Mirror section isn't attached, it sits on top so comes in two sections. Well used but still in a good condition, just a couple scuffs here and there
