Bushnell Reflector Telescope with Tripod – Spares / Repair / (Kidlington OX5)
Giving away an older Bushnell reflector telescope with tripod. It looks like a nice telescope and seems generally in reasonable physical condition, but it is not complete and I cannot confirm its optical condition, so I am offering it as a restoration/project item rather than as a ready-to-use telescope. Details from the telescope: -Bushnell model 78-3612 -700 mm focal length -76 mm objective -Tripod included -Finder scope included Important: some parts are missing, including the eyepiece/lens assembly that should fit where the white protective cap is shown in the photos. The internal mirror is present, but I don't have the knowledge/equipment to assess its condition or whether it is correctly aligned and working as it should. It could be a worthwhile little project for someone interested in astronomy who already has suitable parts, or who enjoys restoring telescopes.
