Sofa : fire labels and instructions attached. From a no pet, no smoking household for occasional guests. Red tweed material, clean, tidy and evidence of use but NOT threadbare or unduly worn. Bed is in working order, mattress and topper included . Need it to be collected by Tuesday as the decorator starts.
