This is from an office so really good quality and comfortable for long periods of sitting. Height adjustable. Rolls really well. Arm pads have been mended but otherwise fully functioning. Collection asap.

Brand new, boxed ‘RoofArt’ Galvanised Steel Guttering available for collection : - 150mm wide gutters, 3m long × 4 - 100mm downpipe, 3m - relevant connectors & brackets Original order total was £350 Box is not in a great condition (see last photo) but the contents are as new, still wrapped. I need collection today if possible, Tuesday 19th Aug, but please note that the box is 3m long!
