All metal step ladder. Quite old & well used so a bit tatty but still sturdy and useful. When closed ladder is 76” tall, bottom step is 18” wide, tapers to 14” at top step. When open, platform is at 53” high.

Metal frame with flat wooden rungs. Closed, ladder is 74” tall x 17.5” wide. When open, highest step is 46” high. Quite old & well used but still sturdy.

Large stainless steel water feature, complete with sump and fittings. Good condition, several years old but has never been installed. Feature is 120cm tall, 45cm wide, 6cm deep. Sump is 65cm diameter, 30cm deep. Difficult to take good photos as the stainless steel is very reflective.

90cm wide x 170cm drop. Beige with maroon-ish coloured flowers. Blind had never been used so is in pristine condition. It is in the original packaging which is a bit grubby because of being stored in the garage for quite a while.
