Free: Foam coccyx cushion (Allen Pond area of Bowie) CVS foam coccyx cushion with removable cover for washing. My husband used this many years ago when he was recovering from open heart surgery and it has been used since then. It helps prevent bed sores for people who are sitting in bed a lot.

Free: Adult potty chair (Allen Pond area of Bowie) Expired Adult potty chair without pot. Obviously it can only be used over top of a toilet. Good for someone who needs help getting up since it has side handles.

Free: Pool items (Allen Pond area of Bowie) Expired The pool pieces are from an above ground pool. I only have 2 pool noodles left. There’s a few pool toys.

Free: Twin mattresses and bed frame (Allen Pond area of Bowie) Gifted Regular twin size mattress and box spring in good condition. The bed frame is very easy to put together. I have 2 cotton fitted sheets and 1 complete set of flannel sheets. I will probably find more. The mattress and sheets haven’t been used in a while.
