CVS foam coccyx cushion with removable cover for washing. My husband used this many years ago when he was recovering from open heart surgery and it has been used since then. It helps prevent bed sores for people who are sitting in bed a lot.

Regular twin size mattress and box spring in good condition. The bed frame is very easy to put together. I have 2 cotton fitted sheets and 1 complete set of flannel sheets. I will probably find more. The mattress and sheets haven’t been used in a while.
