A really comfortable conservatory armchair with detachable covers in a grey/red check design. It is quite large measuring 960mm wide x 960mm deep x 860mm tall (up to the top of the back) with a wicker frame. In good condition but some small signs of wear and tear.

Laminate flooring (GL17 Mitcheldean)

I have 36 full length laminate floor panels plus a number of off cuts of various lengths. A full length measures 1290mm long x 185mm wide x 9mm thick. 36 of these will cover over 8.5m2. Colour is light oak and although it has been fully laid and used it is ion good condition, accepting a degree of normal wear and tear. The flooring is 'click' joins which means no glues are necessary and one panel fixes easily to the next. Underlay would be required, the type of which would be dependent on the surface it is being laid on.
