Request:
dishwasher silverware basket (Flower and Wayne Aves., SS)
Long shot, I realize, but if you happen to be replacing a broken Bosch DW with a new DW, I’d be interested in the silverware basket from your old machine. Specifically, the longer basket from older models. Thank you!

1940s (?) Floor Lamp (Flower and Wayne Aves., SS)
Gifted
Very charming, 4-bulb, 2-switch, brass (?) sturdy floor lamp. The switches control (1) one bulb out the top and (2) a 3-way switch for the 3 bulbs on the side. It worked — electrically — last time we used it. Needs: soldering for one of side bulb holders, polishing, and a lamp shade and it may need electrical work; not sure. A pity to toss bc it’s a lovely old lamp. About 5’ tall without a shade.

Victorian Parlor Style Armchair (Flower and Wayne Aves., SS)
Very pretty chair that I picked up from someone but couldn’t make it work for me. Genuine needlepoint on seat, back and arms of upholstered chair. The filling in the seat cushion is uneven. Other than that, the chair is in good condition.

Light green upholstered armchair (Flower and Wayne Aves., SS)
Lower to the ground than most armchairs so it’s great for people with shorter legs. My cat has scratched it in places.

Upholstered rocker (Flower and Wayne Aves., SS)

Very comfortable to sit and rock in. Unusual swan neck armrests, but you can see my cat has “altercad” some of the upholstery.

Ebersole upright piano (Silver Spring Four Corners)
Withdrawn
Antique Ebersole upright piano, circa 1906, I think. Mahogany case with unique wood appliqué in practically perfect condition. It’s truly a beautiful piece of furniture. All keys play, though a couple do not play well, and while the instrument has been tuned, the piano tuner says it cannot be tuned to true pitch but rather about a half step under. It’s a great instrument for someone interested in restoring an antique piano or for an amateur musician. On first floor. Two steps out of house.
