White leather sofa (Chalk Farm NW5) White leather sofa size: Length: 234cm Depth: 83cm Height: 77cm Cream/white leather sofa - the structure is in good condition but our cat has done a lot of scratching at the leather so the surface is looking very worn. If you are interested you’ll need at least 2 people to get this long sofa out of our first floor flat and around a tight staircase.

Bedroom drawers with hidden storage unit (New Barnet N20) Gifted White slim drawers for socks/underwear etc with ‘vanity table’ attached and a storage unit with a lift up lid. Total length is 65cm. There are some faint sticker marks on the top of one of the surfaces which would probably come off with a good clean. Otherwise the condition is good. The storage unit can stand alone. I would prefer pick up of both units together. And please bring someone with to carry as I’m not able to help move them.

1970s dining room chairs from Italian brand Castelli (New Barnet N20) Gifted 5 chairs from an iconic Italian designer. The Vertebra model was designed in the 1970s and marketed by Castelli. It was one of the first ergonomic designs to adapt to the body with a reclining backrest. It’s original upholstery has been replaced with a dark red suede which is slightly marked in places but could probably be cleaned off. But otherwise the chairs are in very good condition. Pick up on Fri 31 October from midday or Sunday 2 October from midday only.

With a selection of common household tools: screwdrivers, hammers, hacksaw, screws, plier and various bits and pieces. Drawer units for bedroom (New Barnet N20) Gifted Set of 3 drawer units plus a storage unit. The total width is 123cm ; 48cm depth and 66cm height. The whole thing is made up of 2 smaller units of 39cm wide for socks/underwear and I unit of 79cm wide for bigger clothing. Plus a hidden deep storage unit with lift up top. The units can stand alone separately or stand together as in my photo. It is a wooden unit In good condition, except a faint patch of sticker marks on the surface of one unit.

Black lacquered wood dining table (New Barnet N20) Gifted Dining table 222cmx90 cm. We think it can be dismantled to carry as flat pieces and are looking into. It is heavy and would need 2 people to carry down stairs. Bought in the 1980s as a piece of designer furniture it has wear and tear on the surface but with a bit of talc could be restored. Table only not chairs.

Armchair with electronic device to raise seat/recline (New Barnet N20) Gifted A red chair for those with mobility issues, it uses a remote control device to raise the seat forward to enable easier getting out of the chair, as well as reclining the back and raising the base as a footrest. Used with elderly parent with Parkinson’s. Worn but all the mechanics work. It is heavy so would need 2 people to move. If you are interested please pick up on Monday 29 Sep if at all possible.
