Free: Tomtom Spark Cardio Watch (Aldrington BN3) Gifted Tomtom Spark Cardio + Music watch. Counts steps, heart rate, monitors sleep etc. Also, will hold 500 tracks of music. Currently full of my music but easily deleted and replaced. Because of thesmall number of Codecs of the watch I have only found one set of wireless headphones that will pair with it, Urbanisation Boston (not supplied). There are forums online for the watch which may help. It also tells the time. Prefergven to those who say when they can collect when replying.

Free: Tomtom Spark 3 sports watch (Aldrington BN3) Gifted Can anyone use a Tomtom SPARK 3 sports watch? It counts steps, built in GPS measures speed, distance, time, etc. It also hold 500 songs of your choice. It has a pair of Tomtom wireless headphones but I have never got them to pair with the watch. Because of the limited number of CODECs available in the watch I've only found one pair of headphones that will pair with the watch are Urbanista Boston. I can include a pair but they are in shabby condition and needs a micro usb lead to charge them. If you don't want to listen to my music they are easily removed and replaced with your own. And it also tells the time.

Free: Petzl Head torch (Aldrington BN3) Gifted Takes 3 AA batteries (not supplied). Battery holder does bot stay closed but doesn't impact on use. Or, you could put an elastic band round it.
