Large storage bag for xmas decs (L12) Large wheeled canvas bag. Used for Xmas decorations. Has a tear near handle but works fine - just can’t lift bag into loft as it stores too much.

King size Mattress (L11) Gifted Brand new king size mattress - slept on once by my daughter who complained about it being too hard. It is a very firm mattress. Bought from Tasker’s in September for £150.

Twin sleeper bunks (L11) Withdrawn Two single beds with a slide at one end. Has little storage cubbyholes. Is tired in some places as well used by our kids. Would fix up nicely with a fresh lick of paint. Can be dismantled. Better if gifted as is and taken apart by the new owner as there are no instructions.

Dining room chairs x2 (L12) Expired Two dining room Chairs left behind by previous occupier. They have plush silver removable covers. The original cream fabric is stained underneath but may clean up. Chairs appear good quality and are perfectly functional.

Kids put out sofa bed (L11) Gifted Pull out sofa bed perfect for movie nights or occasion use for a child’s sleep over. Kids have “decorated” with pen marks so will need either a deep clean a cover over it of fabric dying.
