Gerber toilet with elongated seat. Uses the Flushmate system in the tank. Probably needs a new pressure tank. Toilet is in good shape. No cracks or defects. Clean. Comes with 9" water connection hose. Fits 12" install. Approx 15" from floor to seat (not lid). Can text photos.
