Request: Semi formal or proper formal attire (Ottawa) Received We’re in a bind and I was wondering if anyone out there could please help? We just received an email notification, informing us, of a dress code for an event we’re attending this upcoming Thursday, that it’s semi-formal or proper formal. This has completely shocked us, as we simple assumed it was a casual event. Was wondering, if anyone happens to have something we could either borrow, or have, as there will be another event in June for which we have to dress up for.
