Free: Scooter (Charlton OX12) Expired Scooter with pneumatic tires - all pumped up and ready. Well used, but with plenty of enjoyment left to be had. Handle bar height adjustment possible. The scooter did fold in half, but I have bolted it through so it is permanently fixed as shown. Collection from Wantage OX12.
