Arm chair (Clifton Wood BS8.) Promised Well upholstered, comfortable but we need the space now. Measures approx 90cm front to back, 95 cm max width, 102 cm max height, 41 cm seat height. We have enjoyed it with a couple of big cushions and a throw to protect/provide some colour. It’s on caster wheels so it’s easy to move around

Hamster cage (Clifton Wood BS8.) Gifted Two tier with connecting tube. Not perfect but usable. Good for one small hamster. Includes a wheel and I also have a new spare water bottle if you need one

Metal kitchen unit handles (Clifton Wood BS8.) Gifted Mostly 420mm, some shorter. Variable condition. Some are a bit corroded but many are basically sound, just need a clean up
