Free: Wooden bureau (BA12 6PE) 90cm wide by 42cm depth and 96.5cm high, four draws and desk area. This is a wooden bureau in used, reasonable condition. Access is restricted for pick up so car or small van only. Anything higher will not make it through the country lanes.

Free: Weber spirit premium BBQ (BA12 6PE) Gifted Used condition and needs some TLC, but. With maintenance it will work. Needs a gas bottle. None supplied. Grill will need a clean.

Free: Sofa - three seater (RG20 5NL) Gifted X1 Mark Webster Hampton large classic back sofa purchased from Camp Hopson of Newbury. Seats 3 people with scatter cushions. In very good condition having been used only occasionally. Sofa is 95cm high. The three seater sofa is 280cm long and the Width for the sofa is 110cm. A tapestry type pattern in a cognac colour.

X1 Mark Webster Hampton small classic back sofa purchased from Camp Hopson of Newbury in 2007. Seats 2 people with scatter cushions.both sofas are 95cm high and 110cm width. Length of 3 seater is 280cm, and length of two seater is 180cm. They will not fit in any car. Van will be required. Both are in very good condition. Only occasionally used.
