I couldn’t get my glue to hold cord so I ended up getting a new tree. It's 4 feet's tall and about 22" wide. You can usually pull into my space or the space next to me but I’m in the middle of construction central on Eastlake. If you don’t mind carrying it a bit further you can access my side of Fuhrman from Allison and Fairview. This gives you the ability not to do a 5-10 point turn to get back out. Will vacuum prior to pick up.
