Free: dvd player, recorder, hdd (Bridgewood Gate ME5) DVD PLAYER, RECORDER, HDD This item plays DVDs and can record programmes from your terrestrial aerial to a hard disk in the unit or to writable DVDs. I have included an HDMI cable to get you connected to your TV to play DVDs. However, you will need a coaxial cable (readily available) to connect this unit to your TV if you want to record your programmes. Your terrestrial aerial would plug into the back of this unit. I have included a photo of the label on the back so you can investigate online. I believe these came on the market about 2010 so it's not in its first flush of youth. It has been in a cupboard unused for several years. I have tested it insofar as I have used it to play a DVD (also enclosed) but not to record anything. A manual for the unit is available to download from the Samsung site. Free: Pine plate rack (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted This pine plate rack has been sitting in my kitchen for quite a few years but I'm having a rearrangement and it's time it had a new home (even if it's the tip). It's in reasonable order as I hope you can see from the photos - not like new, but serviceable. It would stand on a worktop but could also be screwed to a wall.

It is a few years old but has been rarely used and is in good working condition. Ribbons are still available from a popular online retail emporium. Free: Sewing machine (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted An older (probably 1960/70s) Frister & Rossman Model 45 sewing machine. I believe it is working but will probably need some setting up. When you plug it in and press the foot pedal, the needle goes up and down. That's the limit of my skills in this area. It has a cover with a handle. It has to be said that it is a little heavy. I can only tell you that they appear to be unused. I don't have anyone to hand that has hair long enough to tell me if they are any good. So, if you would like them, let me know. Free: Creda spin drier (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted This is a spin dryer that was bought as a backup in case our washing machine ever failed. It hasn't been used in a long time and is in “as new” condition. I think the photos show everything you could wish to know. This is simply part of my decluttering program. Free: Ensure Compact drinks (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted Hesitated to offer these but if they go to a worthy person and helps them back to health, it's worthwhile. If you need these or know someone that does, you'll know what they are. Essentially, nutritious drinks for the elderly or those that are unwell and not eating. There are 32 strawberry flavour and 36 banana. These are surplus to requirements. The BBE on them is either February 26 or March 26. Obviously, they are all sealed. They came from a local pharmacy. I'm learning about Freegle as I go along. From now on, I am adopting the following approach. Free: Floor covering - lino (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted I have this roll of Lino that I bought from a local Tapi store a few years ago. It has been languishing in my garage, wrapped in the original polythene, unopened, ever since. It has a black background with a random silver pattern. You can see the pattern through the polythene in the photos. It is 3 metres by 2.5 metres. The roll is 3 metres in length so you would need a pretty large van to cart it away. Before I cut it into manageable pieces to take to the tip, I thought I would offer it to you good people.

Free: Rods and Reels (Bridgewood Gate ME5) Gifted These rods and reels have been languishing in the rafters of my garage for years. They are probably 1950/60s vintage. The reels all seem to work. I haven't unwrapped the rods so don't know what condition they are in. It's their last chance before they go to the tip.

Missing a few fold over tabs at the back that hold the glass in but enough to hold it. Approx. 56cm x 45cm.
