It's not really a wind chime but if the wind hits it, it'll make light tinkly noises as the material is similar to glass or shells. It's from ikea but couldn't find it on their site, I bought it years ago! Fits on standard hanging bulbs. Only giving away as I don't have hanging lights in my new home.

Small chandelier, hangs on any standard hanging bulbs. I think the small pendants are plastic they don't make much noise, but it's relatively heavy.

Fits on hanging bulbs, when it dangles it makes a noise a bit like a wind chime, I think the hanging details are glass but it's not too delicate.
