Free: Epic Touring Cruiser 16 ft. Kayak (University Heights) Gifted This is a 16 foot composite kayak that weighs only 42 pounds and has a SmartTrack rudder system. IT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS! This is a narrow, soft-chined kayak that will feel quite tippy to even an intermediate paddler, but if you have intermediate skills, you will adjust to it pretty quickly. For safety reasons, I will not give this kayak to an inexperienced paddler. Please list in your message the intermediate skills you have mastered and who taught you. Also tell me what kind of kayaking you have done in what types of kayaks. You should have a garage to store the kayak in and a roof rack for transport. My hope is that this kayak can get a lot of use from the new owner and take a recreational paddler to the next level.
