Burton Ski Pants and Gloves (Men’s) (SW12)
Used but work just fine. Gloves are size XL made by Burton. Pants are also Burton, made with Gore-Tex, and fit a 36 waist but have internal adjustment so can fit a size up or down from there. Pants have a small tear next to the front pocket.

All parts are new. I took out the mixer but the remaining parts are free to a good home. Includes the hose, shower head/rose and the height adjuster bar.

Kitchen sink and tap, stainless (SW12)

I’ve replaced my kitchen sink and tap so giving this away. It’s used but works perfectly well. The sink unit is 1.5 bowls. Tap is hot and cold single lever. Both are stainless steel so will look nearly new with a bit of elbow grease.
