Garden color (MADISON East Side)
I have some phlox (and a small raspberry plant snuck in there too), a fern and a hosta on my curb at 5308 Admiral Drive. I hope to keep adding to the selection, but learned it's better to do the ferns in the spring. With rain coming this weekend it's a perfect time to plant. Warning: while the phlox are gorgeous, about 3 1/2 feet tall, they will spread. Great for filling in and for summer/fall color.

Antique Rocker and Ficus Tree (MADISON East Side)

Both are in need of TLC. The rocker is missing some spindles and needs repair on the seat, a good DIY project. The fig tree is leafing out nicely but also needs TLC. Both are on the curb on Admiral Drive in Monona.

This 6 horsepower mower is easy to handle and has been well maintained by Tom the small engine guy. It works well but has not been used this season. It is currently enjoying the sun on the curb on Admiral Drive in Monona, waiting for a new home.

One owner, medium blue/grey tween. Clean, no pets, no smokers, gently used condition. Dimensions are 72" long - 35" deep - the seat cushions are 17 1/2" high, while the arm rests are 19" high. Fabric is durable. You must be able to pick transport it from the far east side.
