Freezer (Montclair) Gifted Older freezer, works well. It has to be defrosted occasionally. We used it for a party and painted it green. You'll need to load it and move it.

7 foot tall artificial tree (Montclair) Gifted It's in pretty good condition. It lost a few leaves in the last windstorm, and the birds pecked out a 2 inch hole in the foam holding the tree in the pot.

Roku hardware (Montclair) Gifted The hardware is in perfect condition. We just don't use it anymore. You'll need to set up your own account with Roku but at least you'll already have the hardware.
