7 foot tall artificial tree (Montclair)
It's in pretty good condition. It lost a few leaves in the last windstorm, and the birds pecked out a 2 inch hole in the foam holding the tree in the pot.

The hardware is in perfect condition. We just don't use it anymore. You'll need to set up your own account with Roku but at least you'll already have the hardware.
