Leather armchair and footstool (Kirkby-in-Furness)
Very comfortable. Part of the leather on the seat is slightly damaged but still intact. Probably easily repairable.

Double Mattress (Kirkby-in-Furness)
Loaf Top Dog double mattress, in good condition, five years old. Pocket sprung, quite firm and very comfortable. Stain at the foot from a burst hot water bottle.
