6 x TRVs plus a thermostat (Alstone GL51) These were replaced by me a couple of years ago with smart TRVs. They were all working when removed. Danfoss brand, few spots of paint here and there, one is a newer version than the others. Assorted collars included.

6ft Artificial Xmas tree plus a few odds and ends (Alstone GL51) 6ft 3-piece metal tree in good condition plus stand and red bucket. Wreath and a few baubles plus a set of lights (not tested). Might cheer up someone on a low income with no tree.

Spanish Language Course (Alstone GL51) Gifted Learn Spanish from CDs and a 400 page book. Much better than spending 6 weeks on DuoLingo only to learn the word for Owl

Under desk footrest (adjustable for different legs) (Alstone GL51) Gifted Foot rest and a very modern fetching grey colour to match most decors. Hopefully. Helps prevent back problems when working at a desk all day. Can deliver locally if necessary.

1930s(?) / mid-century draw leaf table. (Alstone GL51) Gifted 1930s(?) / mid-century draw leaf table. Was stored outdoors at some point in its history - but otherwise it's a perfectly able and stable table. I've been using it as a desk for well over a year. Smoke and pet free home. The leaves pull out, adding either 1 or 2 feet / 30-60cm to the width. Height 31" / 78cm Depth 30" / 76cm Width 42" / 106cm Width extended / 66" / 167cm The leaves and top dismantle easily but the base doesn't come apart; bear in mind for transport.
