This used to have an concrete owl on top but it broke off,the stand is heavy was taking it to recycling but thought I would see if anyone could use it.

It used to be a water feature until the pump broke and the frost made it leak badly, last year it had hanging bedding plants and looked fantastic, would be ideal for herbs.If you wanted it for a bird bath you would have to seal it with something, i tried concrete but was unsuccessful. It comes in parts.
