Black and Decker Leaf Hog. It’s about 15 years old, but still works. Is a plug in, not a battery operated model, so requires an extension cord. Includes both extension and the leaf bag.

It’s about 10 years old, but still works well and it comes with almost a full box of replacement cartridges! I got a new printer at Christmas so don’t need this anymore. It’s a bit slow for high volume printing, but is a good home office printer. Hope to find it a new home rather than recycle it.
