**First to collect gets it. No reservations or dibs honoured** Just purchased a flat with all the furniture in it. So a few items are not needed and this is one of them. Solid oak, honey colour, and heavy with some water damage and discolouration to the top. One side has 2 drawers, the other side is a door. Measurements are approximate. W: 120cm D: 45cm H: 50cm Would make a fab upcycle project! Third floor flat with lift. You move, collect, haul away. It’s too heavy for one person. So bring a hard cart or a buddy.

So a few items are not needed and this is one of them. 2.5-3 seater still in fair shape. No visible tears or rips. Needs a good clean and conditioning. Fire label intact. Measurements are approximate. D: 87cm W: 180cm H: 65cm Located on 3rd floor building, too big for elevator so bring a friend to help carry it down the stairs. I’m not strong enough to help you move, sorry.

Table is solid oak, honey colour, and heavy with a repaired crack, scratches, some water damage/discolouration to the top. Can be disassembled for easier transport. Chairs come with it if you want them. Measurements are approximate D: 89cm H: 77cm W: 120cm Located on 3rd floor of building with lift. Pieces are heavy.
