Neck support pillow with foam roll to support neck which can be turned inside the casing to give two different heights. The rest of the pillow is soft but if I remember correctly, comfortable and holds head in a good position. It has been stored for quite a while, fabric is slightly discoloured but otherwise very good condition. Please say when you would like to collect. I am in Cheadle Hulme, SK8 Thanks
