Sofa is seven feet long and three feet wide. It’s in fair condition…you can see wear on the back of the right most cushion. (I have included a close up of the wear on the cushion)

I took a picture of this treadmill; Google AI identified it as the following. The image shows a NordicTrack C2270 treadmill. • Features nine built-in workout programs. • Four LED screens display key workout metrics such as time, calories burned, and heart rate. • Designed for walking, jogging, or running. • The model appears to be a used item in the image. The treadmill is in good working condition. The only issue is that it does not fold up as it once did. Lastly, pictures are from the internet since I am posting from work and don’t have pictures of mine but they are an accurate representation of the treadmill.
