This is a fairly cheap bed, but was barely used when I bought it 10 months ago and I haven't used it much so it's in good condition. Lifts quite easily on gas struts and plenty of storage room underneath, will disassemble for collection

These are very heavy and solid chairs, I'd say the frames are in great condition but the leather needs some repair and the cushions could use re-stuffing. I was given these and was going to do the repairs, but now I'm moving and don't have room for them.
