Old PC for Home Lab / Virtualization Project (Kempston Hardwick MK45) Hi everyone, I’m a local engineer currently teaching myself software development and systems administration (FreeCodeCamp). I’m looking to set up a "Home Lab" to learn about Virtual Machines (VMs) and Docker. I’m specifically looking for an old office desktop, something like an HP EliteDesk G3, Dell OptiPlex, or Lenovo ThinkCentre. Even if it's "obsolete" for modern office work, these machines are perfect for me to run Linux and practice managing virtual environments once the kids are in bed. Note to donor: I’m happy to take it without a hard drive if you have data concerns. Thanks for helping me build my skills!
