140 tartan skilts in the following sizes: Waists – 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 Lengths – 18 & 20 I work for Winterbottom’s Schoolwear, which manufactures and distributes school uniforms to independent retailers all over the UK. From time to time, we are left with fabric because of mistaken or unwanted orders, such as these skilts, which can absolutely be reused and repurposed.
