Old Soloflex device (Oakley near Vintage Pkwy) I have had this since 1973. I used it to do a bench press. It's best feature is you cannot drop the bar on your self (no spotter needed). I am an old guy now, and my bench press days are gone. It's FREE. Two guys with a pickup can move it out of my garage easily.
