IKEA corner sofa bed (Coldean BN1)
Hi this is a solid sturdy sofa with a pull out bed underneath. Structurally it’s fine but the fabric has been damaged thanks to my cats. It’s ok with a throw over it It’s dismantled ready for transportation.

Baby items - lots! (Coldean BN1)
I have lots of baby items .. pram travel system including car seat (never used in a car so safe) baby bouncer, cot, 0-12 months boys clothes, Moses basket, steriliser, toys & a few other bits.. all in immaculate condition..
