Inside ones black tower- pairs 1,2,3 kg plastic. 4 bars one clip missing. 2.3kg x 6, 1.1 kg X 6, 6.5kg x1, 2 kg x 1 and 2.5 kg metal X2 Outside ones 10kg metal bodymax with hand holds. Plastic 2.3kg X5, 1.1kg X 2, 2kg purple X2, 2kg grey X1. Metal 6kg X 1, 5 kg x 8. 4 metal dumbbell bars one is longer and no clips. One barbell no clips. thanks.

Free: Cot for side of bed (CT6) Expired Will need Allen key and screwdrivers to assemble, we have done some repairs and modification it's used but ok. Mattress is sprung it's well used, always used with waterproof cover no marks or stains,if wanted I have a duvet and pink duvet cover with pillowcase.
