Working 30 Y.O. Hot Springs Hot Tub (Near downtown Pleasant Hill) 4 person, 110V (20 amp special plug), Working when decommissioned last fall. Takes about 4 strong people to move. You will need to arrange transportation. Currently out front on a flat driveway, so easy access to the unit. The basic hot tub is 78 inches by 90 inches. The door is on the long side so when the service door is open it is 90 plus 24 inchs or 114 inches. I'd leave some room for acess (a couple feet) so you should have 134 inches for the long side (with controls) of the hot tub and 78 inches for the width.
