Clean, fully functional office chair with retractable armrests. Came with my flat and I no longer need it. Happy to give to anyone that will come to pick it up. Unable to drop it to you. I live on King's Road near the West Pier.

Pleather ottoman storage bed and mattress in decent condition. Size = small double (190×120cm). Kings Road, right by the West Pier. Getting rid of this because I'm upgrading to a king size. Available on or after Monday April 20th. I live on the 6th floor, but there's a cargo lift in the building. Please provide your own transportation and show up with someone to help you carry stuff! It's not terribly heavy, but I'm nursing a back injury so can't be as much help as I'd like to be.
