A weighted exercise club. It’s a Weck Method RMT club, 4 lbs. It’s a fun tool for building strength but I never got much use out of it. More info on the Weck Method website, also there are a few videos on YouTube showing how it’s used. Easy porch pickup in Bryn Mawr.
