2-Seater Faux Leather Sofa + Stool (Springfield, CM1) Dark brown and faux leather. In great, used condition with usual cosmetic wear such as fine scratches. No big stains or rips. Foot stool is not an exact match but close enough and has plenty of scratches from previous owner’s cat but is fully functional and has storage space within. Length: 80 inches Height: 30 inches (36 inches including back cushions Width: 30 inches IMPORTANT: Will require at least 2 STRONG, CAPABLE PEOPLE to get it down a flight of stairs. Whilst it’s not a massive sofa, it is HEAVY. The two back cushions come off via Velcro so the base/main frame can be transported more easily. Will require suitable transport such as a transit van. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask before committing to collect.
