GE portable air conditioner (North Creek)
This is a GE 6,000 BTU portable air conditioner (has wheels and hose for pulling air from window). We have had it for three years. It works great but we bought it for too big of a room. The recommended room size is 250 sq. feet. The unit includes the AC unit and the window attachment. Missing the remote, but it can totally be programmed from the top panel. The first two pictures are of the unit and the last two are from Amazon showing the dimensions.

TACKLIFE - Battery operated mower (North Creek)

This lawn mower is good for a smaller lawn. It comes with a battery, battery charger and the optional grass clipping bag attachment. We have used this mower for about 5 years and it works great. The mower blades could probably use some sharpening.

Weber(Spirit II) propane grill (North Creek)
This is a propane grill that is in decent shape. It can be tilted and wheeled around. One side shelf can collapse to fit in a smaller location - the other shelf is stable and is where you hook up your propane tank. The biggest area of of wear and tear is below the grill area but it was cleaned annually and works really well. Not pictured: grill cover is also included.
