3 pieces. All brown leather but worn & small tears in some spots & there’s a tear in a seat back cushion of couch. The couch & recliner have power recline & it works on both. The loveseat is manual & you have to bump it but they will go up. Width Sofa = 88”, Love seat = 78”, Recliner = 40” Depth about 40”, H= 38” Will be available Thursday, July 15th after 12 for pickup.
