Leather armchair with caveat (Morningside Heights)
Nice leather armchair, not too worn. Very comfortable. 35" height x 34" depth x35 width. BUT I am worried that it has TICKS living in it (have gotten bites siting on it). I cannot deal with this, but if you are up for it, it is yours.

Has some water damage (can see in picture). This is superficial, to the veneer. Otherwise is in good condition. The dresser is 32 inches wide, 18.5 inches deep, and 45 inches tall.

Nice heavy wood coffee table (Morningside Heights)

Is in good condition. Top raises up so you can eat comfortably off of it while seated on the couch. Can measure for exact measurements if you are interested.
