Sofa bed rarely used (Cupar KY15)
This is a 2 seater sofa bed with washable cushion covers. It’s been in a spare room and only used occasionally, so it’s in good condition. If you would like more photos, please ask. (Please note, the sofa has a fire tag attached, but not the newer stitched on type). The bed has a metal pull out mechanism, and is small double size (we also have a memory form mattress topper which was cut to size). This will require a van for removal - be aware we’ll need help to get it out of the house.

Massage armchair (Cupar KY15)

This chair is a few years old but rarely used so in very good condition. It swivels and rocks, and has an electric massage mechanism. Also has a manual recliner lever, side and front pockets and cup holders. Black faux leather. If you’re interested, please bear in mind this is a substantial heavy armchair.
