Single bed with mattress (CH8)
This used to be the top bunk of a double sofa bunk. Its served us well as an emergency bed. The base justs lifts out of the ends so it can easily be stored under another bed. The unstained fire resistant single mattress is included. Collect from Mostyn only, first come first served.

Lvt flooring (Ch89dz)
Tarkett LTV flooring in a beige/grey wood effect. There are appx 65-70 lengths which measure 4 ft x just under 8” each. Been stored outside undercover so some will need a clean or some white spirit to get the tape residue off. Half a tub of adhesive too. Collect from mostyn CH8.
