Grey 3 seater sofa (Mitcham's Corner CB4)
Good condition sofa - the fabric is incredibly easy to clean so is in great condition, some small scuffs on the legs and a very slight sag but there is still plenty of use left. Selling as we don’t have space for the sofa in our new house. 180cm width, 93cm depth

Baby activity mat (Mitcham's Corner CB4)
Gifted
A baby activity mat and ball pool with lots of hanging accompaniments in a safari pattern. Lots more use in it but unfortunately it got slightly damp in the loft and so there are some water marks/ mottling on the base of the mat. Potentially could be removed with a good clean. All of the rest of the mat in great condition and then all pool has never been used. In original box with instructions.
