Swivel and height adjustable. Slight tear in seam as per photo. Seat height adjustment sometimes temperamental and doesn’t always stay up, but mostly fine

Sits on top of desk and you can adjust the height if you want a standing desk etc. working condition. Replaced with full electric standing desk
